Professor, College of Nursing, Villanova University, Villanova, PA 19085.  Fall 1986 to present. Tenure granted June 1989.    Promoted to current rank February 1996.  Activities have  included:

 

--Director, Doctoral Program, 2003-present.  Designed the program plan and program policies in collaboration with an advisory committee and created initial drafts of all course syllabi.  Coordinate program processes including admission, progression, candidacy examination, and defense of proposal and dissertation.  Maintain on-going program evaluation.
